I have been trying to get a URL to open in a new broswer window using <A HREF="newwindow.html" TARGET="_blank"> syntax but AwareIM complains about the ".

Have you tried anything like this and got it to work?

What you have to do it set up an sttribute that contains text including the ". That attribute can then be used to build attributes with HTML text & displayed on forms.
