how to not show the "add blank row to list" icon

Object Goals has a one to many reference of type ProgressGoal, set to allow inline editing.

When displayed in the Goals form the list of ProgressGoals has the "add blank row to list" icon.

I don't want that icon. Users must not be able to add items.

How is that disabled or better still removed?

In the presentation dialog for attribute Goals.ProgressGoal untick the 'Generate Add New Item button'.

Its not checked.
But allow inline editing is.

Mark "ProgressGoals" reference in Goal object as "calculated".
