In the Config tool when editing a form's layout using the Edit Layout Cell dialog it is possible to edit the presentation for attributes that are greyed out by clicking on its button. Only changes made to active are saved, this behaviour could be confusing to some users.
Options?
1. Disable the greyed out buttons
2. Present only the active attributes for the form row concerned in the Edit Layout dialog.
3. What the heck why not allow changes to all attributes on the form. Saves time and frustration. (and possibly coding changes?).
