No reason to go nuts. Using a condition of 1=0 works and furthermore, you can find all rules with 1=0 using the search function. In essence, you can easily determine all the rules that you have currently 1=0'd out.

I agree that a Comment condition for a rule would be great.
As I often comment out code whilst debugging I found a way around it by adding a boolean (True/False) attribute to the System BO called Debug.

IF Debug = False then ...

That way I can search for Rules that have the condition and instantly turn on commented out code without having to go into the dev tool.

No problems Terry - not my original idea I must admit - this is also useful if you want to print out a lot of debugging information say to a log file. apart from the already copious logging info AwareIM already provides.

just remember the potentially repeated test could impact system performance so decide if they should be removed prior to delivery
