I use AwareIM 2.3, I am a newbie really to RAD so most of this makes sense until I try new things.
What I am trying to setup is the following
I have a BO/Form so a user can log helpdesk/complaints this seems to work ok for me.
Now what I want to do is create an activity log so an person can log activities of what they have done with the call.
I want to see the ticket form and a tab to view all activities for the selected ticket.
What I am stuck with this how do I
- Link the ticket and the activity
- Create a form with both the ticket info and the activity info
Any ideas are welcome. the app is complete once I have worked this out!!
