Creating custom Aware application with IFRAME

Here is the problem....

Everything works in FireFox, of course, till IE comes into the mix. Once logged in we get the session time out message for the application. The funny thing is if I take the URL string from the Aware "account" login and use it in my IFRAME it works fine. Though taking that same string and changing the necessary Vars creates the same trouble with a session timeout.

I am stumped, tired, and jacked up on a Rock Star.....

If anyone has a suggestion please set me free.

FYI - after doing some testing. The trouble with IFRAME seems to be when you use anything other than Main page inside an IFRAME.
