Empty Query in Testing Mode

AWARE IM Version 3.0 (Build 1018) / Windows Server 2003

I was trying to use the Search Objects in Testing Mode (Firefox and IE) logged in as Admin with the option All objects and Run query (self designed query).
In both cases the result only shows the heading of the colums without data. When i use the export button to csv all data are exportet.
Why does the query result screen does not show any results?

Have you tried:

Standard | Search Objects | All Objects + select your BO name + click search?

In the meantime i have updated to Build 1023

Yes i have tried to use the Standard query:
Standard | Search Objects | All Objects + select your BO name + click search

Just to bee shure that there are any entries in the table i was using the export funktion from the query result page, and there are entries in the csv file.

In addition i have testet a AwareIM Example (CRM) with the same result.

Could you outline the specific steps (1,2,3, etc) in the CRM sample app that cause the behavior? I'm really curious.

Hi Tom,

thanks for your reply, shure the steps are as follows.

1) Starting the CRM in Testing Mode (Config Tool)
2) Logging in to CRM via Webbrowser (IE or Firefox) with Testing Mode selectet (On)
3) From the left Menu: System / Search Objects / All Objects "Customer"
Then Search Button
4) The Query Result Page shows without any Error but without data
5) When i click Export in the footer of the result page and open the csv with excel there are showing 28 entries

There seems to be a problem with the new-style interface for queries where results are not shown in the results table sometimes. We are investigating the issue. In the meantime as a workaround please use the Version 2 Interface option for your queries. This should show the results properly. The option is not available with the standard search functionality, but is available in the Configuration Tool when configuring queries.

This is now fixed in build 1024.

I have installed Version 3.0 Build 1025
Queries with deaktivated "Version 2 Interface" are empty also with the new build, when checking (old style) "Version 2 Interface" results are showing as usual. I have tried this also with you CRM example.

We checked this in the latest version and it seems to work fine. Are you sure you are using the latest build?

Yes i am sure to have the latest build 1025 installed.

So how do you reproduce the problem in the CRM example? Can you please provide detailed description of what you do - this may help us reproduce and fix the problem if there's any.

You don´t have any foreign characters (non english) in there?

When I use Swedish I end up with blanks.

CRM sample has 27 customers, you have 28. This means that you entered one new customer. We are quite sure that 27 pre-defined ones work fine. What are the attributes of your customer?
