Allow end users to add and edit choices

Hello,

I was reading the documentation and found the point "Allow end users to add and edit choices".

So I created an attribute of the type Plain text, added the choices "red" and "blue", checked "other values allowed".

Where do I find the checkbox "Allow end users to add and edit choices"?
I can't find the checkbox.

It is in the Presentation dialog.
