Wanted - Experienced Aware IM Developer

After coming across IM Aware for the first time this week-end, (amazing application) ...I would like to have an experienced IM Aware developer assist me to develop my required application.

I am a "talent advocate" - I have many excellent senior candidates who approach me for a new job and want my company to "promote" them to new prospective employers.

I want to develop an application that will assist me in identifying propspective employers to approach for each candidate.
