Updating Version Overwrites Configuration Files

When updating to a new version of AwareIM, the setup program overwrites the existing configuration files for AwareIM, Tomcat, etc..Can you please fix this so it doesn't do that?

Also, when updating the AwareIM Configuration Tool on the client, it overwrites those configuration files as well.
