When you create an Initialization Rule to set the value of a reference attribute, shortcuts that are based on that attribute fail to initialize until after the form is submitted.
For example, I have a reference attribute, "StaffMember" and shortcut attributes, "StaffMemberFirstName" and "StaffMemberLastName". I created an initialization rule:
Actions.StaffMember=LoggedInStaffMember
My expectation was that the shortcuts would display the logged in staff member's name when the form is initialized. However, it doesn't work. The shortcuts display nothing until after the form is submitted.
