Why are there 2 sets of scrollbars. There's only one query.

It is hard to tell from what you've posted.
Check the space allocated to the whole query, it looks too small to show the whole query and the space allocated to the query results is too small to show the query results.

it's a grid for a child BO on the form of the parent Bo.
The grid is inside a Separator/Separator End (so that it can be hidden conditionally).
Doesn't make any difference what Grid Height, Number or Records per page or unlimited.
Seems to be fine when not enclosed in the separator box. Great.. so I can't hide... or it looks like crap.
I can't spend any more time on it.
