I have a medical system that I have created for a client. I need to import data from their current system. I dont not seem to be able to import into the ID attribute. Is this possible as i would like to use their existing patient id which are serial and their existing medical item id's which are also serial.
You shouldn't try to import into the ID attribute. Instead you should create separate attributes for the patient called, for example, PatientID and MedicalItemID and import into those. Aware IM will also maintain its own ID, but this will be internal to Aware IM.
