I have one record in a table which, when being updated, triggers a rule that only runs when the object IS NEW. The object is a system user and the rule checks for a duplicate User Name, which it shouldn't be doing. Other records update and save without triggering the IS NEW rule.
This is a runtime system so I don't have immediate access to the database. But I will work with the DBA to update and save the record at the database level to see if that cures anything. Similar for logs. I will have to work with the sys admin to review logs.
Any other thoughts?
