[aware_support]

Bugs:
- Initialisation of documents when creating notifications caused a crash
- Right aligner in panel toolbars couldn't be first
- Changing width of radio buttons in the Form Designer was not redrawn
- Using EDIT action used cached version of the business object, which could cause problems sometimes

Improvements:
- ENCRYPT_BASE64 and DECRYPT_BASE64 functions
