Hi,
I recently recommended AwareIm to a colleague to evaluate. She has been creating a bsv using the demo version for a couple of days, but just got an error message: java.lang.outofmemoryerror - java heap error.
I am not technical, so have no advice for her. I've never had this message in my time with AwareIM.
I am assuming it may be something to do with her laptop. It is a HP i7, but is a few years old.
Does anyone have any clues on what she could do to overtime this error? Any advice (and instructions) would be appreciated.

Go to the server app
Settings / General
Update the Config Tool and Server memory
The Config Tool will give you those messages once you start doing anything of consequence

You and I do the opposite. I give the server a LOT of RAM and give the config tool 1024. Have not had any issues with that. But, whatever works for you.
