Hello,
I cannot enter any information in my Phone Number or Postal Code fields, any other field allows me to enter information but not these two guys.
Here is how the screen looks like: https://i.imgur.com/8AoUQw9.png
And here is the definition of the field: https://i.imgur.com/e7Te2bj.png
I hope this helps

Re: Cannot enter Phone Number of Postal Code
The Phone Number seems to look fine - it is using a masked input. What is the problem - you cannot enter characters? Does it work without masks?

I can’t see the image very clearly for the field definition. It’s too small and blurry.
But if you have It defined as a length 14 it will not work. There’s been a bug for a while that unless that field length is longer like 15 to 20 it will not work with the masked input.

Have you set the save all symbols including mask value? If yes, your field is 4 characters too short.Roberto wrote:Hello,

As mentioned there appears to be a UI bug, you can enter numbers but you have to select the character space then type a number then select the next character space type a number etc (so not a practical work around). If you set the field to be 15 characters or more then this goes away.
