Joining lineitems

Hi Support,

Could you please tell me the criteria required to joing a lineitems table to a invoice table.

I have looked at the orders example but do not seem to be able to get the joins to work.

I can see that you would make a relationship using the attribute and then make it owner of lineitmes but the radio button for existing remains grayed out so I cannot fully form the link as done in the Ordeering example.

A little walk through would be most appreciated.

Alan,

You need to delete and re-create the matching attributes on both objects. When creating attribute PurchaseOrder.Items, select "Owner Of" and enter "Order" for "Matching attribute in LineItem" Create option. The system will automatically create the matching attribute LineItem.Order as "Owned By" PurchaseOrder.
