Basic small scale ERP

Does anyone have basic small scale erp on top of aware IM?
1. Inventory
2. production planning
3. Production process
4. Quality management
5. Dispatch
6. finance
7. reports- small number of reports
I want to take it as bsv, customize it for my small client in India. If I do not get I will just build it :) I do not need big ERP as client has only 100 employees and they want to start small.
