Forgotten password proces and access level

Does the forgotten password proces have guest level access, or is there a special access level for this proces?

I'm testing my forgotten password proces in my test environment using a guest account and then it needs guest access to several BO's especially the systemsettings and the regularuser BO.

Does this proces have higher access levels if run as a 'real' forgotten password process in a published BSV? I really don't like to give read access by guest to my regularuser BO.

It's a system process, so it shouldn't need anything special. I have implemented it. However, I think that it's one of those few things that don't work in testing. Others can check me on that.
