Calling REST works fine in TestDB but not in Production

1st, I have the production and test databases in separate MSSQL databases, (ALC and ALCTest).
2nd, I restored the production DB to the testDB so they are IDENTICAL

when running TEST, I have a process with a REQUEST SERVICE.... and it works fine
when running production, the same code calls the REQUEST, it is RUN (I can see it on the server, since it is calling a NODE route on my server) and yet it hangs, as if there is no result sent back

ANY Ideas, suggestions?

Please check the output of the Aware IM Server - it should have some clues.
