Data in Expansion Rows (in Grid) not displaying correctly

[OLD BUILD] # 2452

I have a simple BO linked to StaffMembers & Customers, with appropriate Shortcuts.
Data in GREEN is from the shortcut.
This is a FORM.

Is this a bug? Or am I referencing the field incorrectly?
When I use Expansion Rows from a Grid, and use the exact same fields, it shows like this:
