V8 - VP - standard menu header&footer html&CSS -- where?

To V8 developers.....hello,

In V7.1, in VP -> Standard Menu -> was an option "Other Settings" -> here we could customize the Menu Header and Menu Footer.

How this was changed in V8 - Configuration Tool?

Select the top level of the menu item and it is in the bottom right pane of the configurator.

Interesting re-position.

However I think there is a potential bug with this "Property window".

I have tested with "Sales Portal" app.

Try to open several Visual Perspectives (more tabs) and access the Left Frame -> Seems that property window is not refreshing with the settings of the selected Tab(VP).

I have reported this to support. (build 2442)

The "Panel Bar" & "Standard menu" are not the same ....

I lost nice functionality on standard menu.

why were removed the Header&Footer html from "standard menu"?

The idea is that I use Bootstrap Top Navbar in my apps-> If I choose to use standard menu than my first button is under the navbar(user cannot see)...because in 8.1 I cannot set header html.

If I choose "Panel bar" I don't like the display method. I have to modify all my menus...with which my users are comfortable....and me too.

Support has confirmed that Header&Footer are not supported for Standard Menu anymore .... only for Plain List menu type.

Does anyone have examples of good looking Plain List menus...css etc.?
