Disable refresh button

Is it possible to disable the refresh button under a query list?

My query shows the results of a process. To refresh the data, the whol process should be fired again. Therefore I made a action button to do this, but the query has a refresh itself.

I noticed that user click the wrong refresh often, so this should be switched off.

Support another solution if possible would be to allow us to reprogram the refresh button to call a process.

This way the user interface would always be the same.
