Check the AwareIM/UNSENT_MAIL directory. If there is anything there, delete it.

The problem is that Tomcat adds "no-cache" directive to web responses automatically. This causes problems for IE when opening MS Office documents from an SSL driven server. They should be exactly the same. Are you sure they operate in the same database environment? Maybe when COUNT is operating the number of instances is indeed 6?

Communication reference on the Customer object has been configured to display attributes CommunicationType, Status, Subject etc. ALL members of the Communication group are assumed to have all these attributes.
