Played around a bit and fixed it by removing the affending files from the folder. Looks like there are about 10 files that can't be overwritten.
All ok now. Up and running on V4. Others may wont to watch this though.

If you use LDAP, does not the access level also come from there, so therefore a user cannot have different access levels for different applications? Should the username and password not be matched against the staff BO and the access level obtained from there for each app. Or am I missing something?

I have set up incoming emails from an Exchange mailbox. All works ok except for customer emails that are sent to the mailbox in HTML format.
