I use the same version and solution (BO rule, LoggedInSystemUser.LoginName set in attribute at creation) and i am not experiencing the issues you write about (not when starting process from ordinary user or admin account. The correct username is set in the attribute).

In the query options under "Column name" there is an option to show "Label only", "Icon only", "Icon and label", "None". Hos does this work? how do i specify an icon to be used in the column name area?

I couldn´t get it to work with the html, not the first you (Mark) suggested and not with the second one (iframe) either. I also tried having a button to refresh the pane but that didn´t work either. I am leaving this for now but will come back to it later.

You might be on to something. I tried it and the full browser window refreshed and frooze but the fact that something happens is interesting and might work with some tweaking. I will play some .
