For those following this saga, I replicated the AWS database server to a new EC2 instance and installed a spare AIM license on it, running it locally (localhost). When editing Panel Operations on a query, I can move items up or down but cannot see the context of the full menu. When I Edit the Toolbar, there are no features to position items within the toolbar. Am I missing something?

I've spun up a replica db server with AIM installed so I can start going in that direction with some tests.

You got me thinking. The doc looked fine in a text editor. However, I saved it as TXT using ANSI (usually cleans our the boogers). renamed it to .csv. Then it worked.
