I had several scheduled processes that stopped working after a platform update. Turns out some were stating the time as 1400 and some were stating the time as 14:00. Those without the colon were broken.

I tried all kinds of lower resolutions and restarted the config tool each time. I also executed resetWindow.bat. I cannot see the up/down buttons on that dialog.

What's the deal with organizing menu items within a panel operations menu? Within an individual menu item, the sub-dialog offers no way to organize the items. While I can move things around a bit, there is no rational way to simply put items in a specific order.
