It would be really neat if some day you could right click on a BO, Process, Query or Document & be able to see all related info about Access Levels for that item. It could work like "Find References to..." only applying to Access Levels.
Thanks much!

Integrity check suggestion re: 2VPs for 1 access level
I made a copy of a VP and had 2 VP both indicated that they would be used by a certain access level. It seems like the Integrity Check should catch this since it already checks to make sure you have at least one VP for each Access level.

refreshing of Access column of Access Levels Maintenance
After changing access levels at the attribute level for a particular access level & clicking OK, when you return to the list of BOs, the Access level still says "Full Access". Only when clicking on an Access button for another BO will "Full Access" change to say "Attribute Level". It seems like it s...

Edit function active on line click despite applicability
I have a Query with 2 Operations items: View and Edit. Edit button is turned off properly by the applicability conditions, however when the Edit button is marked to "Use default editing form", clicking the highlighted line on the query will still bring up the instance in the Edit mode. If I change t...

Location of Applicability Condition on Query | Operations
I was trying to add a second Form Operation to a Query & could not figure out why the applicability conditions were greyed out on the second item. Searching the User Guide on 'applicability' gave me no clues. It turns out that by default the Applicability Conditions are only operational when Locatio...

Browse button active despite NOEDIT?
I have a form opened up with process using NOEDIT and the BROWSE button for a document type attribute is still clickable. Should it be gone, just like the SAVE button is?
Thanks,
Tom

tweaks to Query screen in Configuration Tool
A couple of minor tweaks needed in the Config Tool: 1- In the "Attributes to Display" section, you can Shift+Click to select multiple rows. The up and down arrows only work on one row though. Seems like Shift+Click should not be active in this section OR allow up and down arrows to move multiple hig...

Feature request re: Opening Document attribute type
I have an application with a form which provides a link to a PDF copy of a document document. The only option today when opening up that PDF within AwareIM is to click on the icon on the AwareIM form, answer an Open / Save / Cancel question, then open the PDF in a NEW full screen window. Suggestion:...

I find my self continuously going back to both the manual & the library app & each time I another "layer" of understanding develops. I keep the library app in my current tree in the Configuration Tool so I can open it up without closing out the work I'm doing on my current project. When I'm all done...

Tab control request
On automatically generated forms that have clickable help callout boxes and calendar icons to choose a date, each of these graphics are also a tab stop. Is there any way to eliminate them from being a tab stop and only have them be a clickable graphic?
Thanks,
Tom

Minor bug: Name of operations invoked from form
Minor bug: If you have an & in a name of "Operations invoked from the form", AwareIM will not alert you to the problem with the name, however the operation you are trying to invoke will not execute properly.
AwareIM should not allow a name with a & to be entered in that field.
Thanks,
Tom
