Hi Tom

Yeah, I have RegularUsers as part of the SystemUsers Group.

What puzzles me, something is happening because the user is now unable to see any of their own records in the object.

No, I am using no indexing at all.

This problem suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

It exists in a live published application which has been behaving well for it least 2 months - very confusing. I have done just about everything I can think of to try and resolve it .

Hi I am a bit confused as to how a primary key can be duplicated. Is the Aware system generating the ID key or is it a database function ? When I look at the table, I don't see any duplications in the Primary Key, but I suspect, when adding a new Customer, the primary key the system tries to create ...

I seemed to have got it working by selecting the first customer in the list and then clicking OKAY. It then proceeds to delete them all.

Hi Tom

I have tried that , but it presents a list of customers to select which ones to delete, rather than deleting them all

Deleting mulitple objects with a process rule

Hi

I am trying to delete multiple objects with a process rule and having difficulty in working this one out.

For example, how would one delete all Customers in the Customer object using a process rule.

Thank you

Error persisting business object

I am getting this error all of a sudden:

"Error persisting business object Customer Duplicate entry '4853' for key 1"

Does anyone have an idea why this would occur and how to resolve it

Thank You

There is mention of this somewhere else in this forum and the solution suggested is a follows: Keep a copy of the Jboss folder at hand i.e. back up a copy of the Jboss folder after a new install and then when this happens copy the contents of the backup Jboss directory into the current install Jboss...
