I also posted to the problem forum. I experienced the problem and also how it resolved.

Another update - now that I started the configuration tool through the control panel one time and it worked. I can now use the shortcut again with no problems.

I noticed I can start the configuration tool from the control panel. However, I run Aware via a windows service, so I always start the configurator from the shortcut. When starting from the shortcut it does not recognize the BSV. Something happened to it during the 2361 upgrade.

I was using build 2359, no problems. I ran the upgrade and installed it in the same directory. Now when I start the configuration tool, I cannot log on. It shows nothing in the business space field and when i type my business space name and user id and password, it does not work. I can log into the ...

I just upgraded from 2359 to 2361 and now I cannot log into the configuration tool.... I installed in the same directory as previous version. Now my BSV is not showing and ID/PWD does not work. I am seeing the following error in the log:

Unable to determine business space version for user

HELP!

Thanks all. After some trial and error, I decided it was best to hard code the tabs as it will be a little more maintenance but would have been more overhead processing to look up the tab each time.

Forgot to ask - do you know if there is a tag name or other way to capture the tag? Saving it to LIRU is not a problem, just don't know what to save...
