Report With horizontal Layout SubReport Containing Images
Hi Guys... I have tried everything and cannot get this to work properly. I think it is a bug but before I spend a 1000ZAR on a support ticket... Perhaps one of you has experienced this before and know what is causing it? I have a master report with couple of sub-reports. One of them is a sub report ...

Re: FR: More thoughts on Config tool
3 Things That would probably be pretty easy to implement and that would help TREMENDOUSLY is: 1) if Aware didn't throw away the formatting of the Rules when using Text Form. I hardly ever use the standard form to setup rules because it's much more difficult to see the whole rule. However when you us...

Re: ►Q◄ For the email Experts...
Yup.... It took us hours to figure out why it's not working since it should be so simple... We tried the name mapping and everything, but there is just no way to get it to work if the Post contains any Characters in the attribute names that Aware does not allow. Nice thing of course about having it ...

Re: ►Q◄ For the email Experts...
Hi Tom, Sengrid allows you to include unique arguments in the request when you send using the API, which they can then include in the webhooks they post to your desired endpoint. The biggest problem we faced was that sendgrids webhooks include a attribute with the name smtp-id and as you know '-' is...

Re: ►Q◄ For the email Experts...
Hi Ben, We've successfully implemented a very elegant solution in one of our applications called ComplexBox.com using a combination of Sendgrid, custom Processes, AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda & AwareIM Services. Werner developed an Java plugin which we use to send the emails via Sendgrid API V2. Work...

Re: READ PROTECTION RULES Performance impact?
Hi Support, We did a number of benchmarks yesterday on different queries and then I removed the Protection rules last night to check the performance again today and I can confirm that the query Loading Time is Substantially faster. Some queries took as long as 6 to 7 seconds to load yesterday. This ...

READ PROTECTION RULES Performance impact?
Hi Support, After the Multi-Tenancy video we've implemented READ PROTECT Rules on most of the important objects in one of our systems for better data security. However it seems that now the Queries take 3 or 4 times longer to load. I've checked this when the server is almost idling an the rest of th...

in the logs ALOT!! Nothing weird in the AwareIM LogViewer though.. Any idea what could be causing this and is it something we should be concerned about?

Query Column Header Alignment Question
Is there a way to Align the Table Column Headers with the actual Content? It seems like, as a rule, Text is aligned left, Dates are aligned Center, and Numbers are aligned right in the Query tables... However ALL the headers are aligned left. It would look a lot cleaner if the Column header can have...

How to Update Multiple Attributes with one commit?
Don't know if this is a really silly question... But is there a way to Update Multiple attributes of the same object with one Instruction/Rule?? Reason I Ask is that it seems that Once an object is created the only way to update it's attributes is one by one... which causes the same rules on the obj...

Re: Mulit-Tenancy Video Question
Cool, We've got pretty tight deadline this week for Tuesday, but After that I'll see how soon I can put something together. Just to clarify... We'll demonstrate how we use it in a Native (Java developed) Android app... Unfortunately We haven't built any Mobile apps yet using the AwareIM/PhoneGap etc...

Re: Mulit-Tenancy Video Question
Thanks For the feedback Aware & Everyone Else... So in essence the Absolute nr one solution I suppose (In terms of Security & Performance) would be to implement both. I.e. Use LoggedInUser AND Protection rules. This way the Query Result Set can be made smaller BUT the protection rules protect agains...

Mulit-Tenancy Video Question
Thx For the Multi-Tenancy Video Support. Very insightful 2 Questions--> We have always used the LoggedInUser approach as this would return a smaller data set no? Using protection rules would find ALL the records but render them invisible on the client side? Or does Aware In Fact implement parameters...
