Opened logon.html file from C:\AwareIM\Tomcat\webapps\AwareIM in notepad. 2. 64 line I changed to title:'пожалуйста', containing Cyrillic letters. 3. I opened from browser http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logon....

I mean when I import it in newly created BS.

The issue is that when I import bsv fron CURRENT BS the database that is created has different structure comparing with CURENT databease.

What could be the reason?

I have done what you said but now some rows are filled wirh wrong data.
For example, LoginName is filled with AccessLevel, and vice versa AccessLevel is filled with LoginName. Some other fields have same problem.

I copied in phpmyadmin only data without structure.

1.Create new BS, import current bsv
2. Copy current BASDB database to new BS

If I create new BS I need to transfer data from current bsv.

Yes, I have done this. In this case there were no any errors.

Strange thing. I solved it by dividing the file into two equal parts. I had nearly 20000 rows to import. After dididing 12000 and 9000.

Hi! Support, could you please comment will it be safe to reinstall awareim in my case?
I am very afraid of that current BASDB data could be lost. Or reinstallation doesnt affect BASDB?

I thought it is safer to make it this summer because there will be 1 month when app will not be used by any users.
