Re: SUM duration in a group section of a query

@Jaymer .... you're winding me up rights? This build number (1539) is from V5. I am on 8.7 .... soon to be 9

It might USE the duration attribute but it sure as hell doesn't SUM them correctly in the group summary. Did you check the image link I put in the post?

Re: Adding timestamp to EXECUTION_CONTEXTS

Has anyone asked for this before? Traditionally, I've NEVER had any issues with this file growing and having to manually edit it. I did just notice only 2 lines in a production system, and that begs the question "How long have they been there?" Wouldn't be any work for Vlad to add a timestamp to ea...

Re: New internal error message

The fix I wrote about above may have fixed this as I haven´t experienced this issue for 4 days now. It could maybe be the case though that the process causing this problem hasn´t been executed for 4 days, only time will tell and I still struggle to understand what exactly causes this. Thanks Mark, ...

Re: Process Applicable to Multiple in query

Update: Instead of trying to download multiple zipped files and created a single zip file with a file directory and structure. Not sure whether you are saying the issue is now fixed by this. so ignore if that is the case Applicable to multiple only seems to work IF you are changing an attribute val...

Re: REST service and passing Passwords

OK - thanks for all suggestions. Here's what I've temporarily ended up doing. BS1 does a "Display URL" [My Doman name:8443/AwareIM/logonOp.aw?domain=[one of BS2-12]&startCommand=('Somecommand") This logs them out of and BSV but forces the user to then ;log into their home club BSV and requires userN...

Re: New internal error message

As I said it was a while ago, but if memory serves, it was something to do with my server running out of memory. The whole system was on a go slow, to the point where it took me about 3 minutes to log in via RDP. I ran task manager and found memory usage was at around 95%. I have no idea what caused...

Re: New internal error message

Hi Henrik, Not had it for a while but I think what I did to overcome this without having to restart the server is (I am using MySQL) Either using a command line prompt or MySQL workbench issue a "show Processlist" command. When the list comes up - look for one in the BSV which is stuck, then issue a...

Re: Can you install a new instance of AIM from an update EXE?

Oh ok, so it might mean you won’t need to install your bsv’s. The new instance should pick these up from domainversions and domainhistories in the basdb tables

Re: Can you install a new instance of AIM from an update EXE?

If you install your v8 update exe on new server - you should get 30 day evaluation. Then you can add in your production BO’s, publish and generate the tables. Take a backup off the old server(s)- I use MySQL workbench and use the option to export to dump project folder. You will also need to export ...

Re: Can you install a new instance of AIM from an update EXE?

An update can only be used to update your existing installation otherwise the key will be wrong and AIM won’t start. If you are re-platforming your production server, I would do a new install on the new server - which will give you a 30 day eval, get everything working on the new server, then contac...

REST service and passing Passwords

I have a BS (BS1)consuming REST services and some BS (BS2-12) exposing web services and I'm 90% there with my functionality but have hit a big waal that I don't know how to get round. A senior member from any of the BS's 2- 12 will log in to BS1 as a guest and enter some details (Club ID, user name ...

Re: PKIX path building failed.

Bingo. The intermediate certificate is often included as a separate file when you get it from your provider. Otherwise you can just download it from their website. All fixed and busy writing up notes for 10 month's time when I need to renew the cert ('cos I'll have forgotten by then.) It would seem...
