When you start AwareIM, Do you have any errors in the server output? (Look right near the end.)

I found near the end of the output I got an error directing that it couldn't find certain tables.

Also, are you able to run the Sample applications?

What you could do is change your process to be:

FIND products WHERE products.prod_vkp_customer_net>0 IN BATCHES OF 1
products.prod_vkp_customer_gross=products.prod_vkp_customer_net*1.2

This will deal with each record individually, instead of applying the 1st calculated value to all the records.

There is another problem with running AwareIM as a service.
