Since shortcuts are such a big piece of Aware IM functionality, is this problem going to be addressed in the future? Its hard to tell people using a web app for the first time not to click on certain columns. Would hate to have to add a process to copy the data into the BO so that it 'exists' within...

The format for both the end time and start time is the following: MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a The browser I was using for the tests was Firefox version 3.5.5 Steps to reproduce: 1. I click on an existing event and it displays with the correct date and time. 2. I then click on the recurrence button on the ...

Fair enough. Is there a way via a process that logic could be used to create actual records for the events? We use the appointment objects extensively for things other than simple appointments and have plenty of reference objects that cannot exist as a single item that keeps getting updated. They mu...

The problem is better but still does not work. When a process changes a BO a audit record is created but it is the same as before where the result is as follows: Modified instance of 11462 of Client Attribute Old value New value There are no changed values...only an audit record that fires when a sy...

Confused by recurring appointments
I am confused that if I create a recurring appointment that the appointments are not created as separate records. It appears that the system is making note of the recurrence pattern in a separate table and displaying the results in the calendar object. Unfortunately, these appointment objects do not...

Tried it and it works as before...creates a Logit record but does not capture the old value or new value. It only works if the record is changed by data entry. I am assuming that you have made this work by changing data on the regular user BO and the Logit BO has a record with the changes made. I do...

I'm not sure that I understand, the status field is setup to capture 20 characters and the only 2 options are Open (4 characters) and Closed (6 characters). I can't imagine that the status length would have anything to do with the GET_CHANGES function. The status field is fine, it is the data being ...

I agree that it will create a record for the changes but it will not tell you what changes were made. Please try the following and let me know what you get: 1. Add a new attribute to RegularUser called Status with the options of OPEN or CLOSED 2. Create a process called StatusChange and enter the fo...

Hey Tom, I created a separate bsv and I still have the problem with system changes to the record. The design is such that an audit record should be created for any change to the Client record but if I fire off a process to change the status from state to another the system does not record anything. ...

Query Builder Displays Blanks in Grid Results
I have a bsv were I noticed that the results of a user generated query would not display results in the grid (several of the columns were blank). However, when I clicked on the 'Convert results to printer friendly format' or export to csv buttons on the grid the columns would then display the data. ...
