I removed PROTECT completely from Client and it still operates the same. Could it be anything else?

Plain Text Attributes that use HTML do not export properly and the imports do not work and cut the data off mid html. This has to work or we are losing a large portion of our data. Try exporting emails that have the body in HTML and see the mess it makes on the export.
