I created a custom query display, then went to - Operations with Items- Created edit operation -> made it default-> clicked it and removed Display Text and Display Icon. Still I am getting the default icon and the complete row is not editable. You need to click on the icon to edit the row. Any idea ...

I have tried generating a zip file, but still have not been able to do so.
Also I dont know where to look for error logs if any. Any help related to this will be highly appreciated.
