Why the name 'AwareIM' ?
OK I know it's not that important and rebranding would be a huge costly distraction, but I was just wondering why Support named the product AwareIM and what it is supposed to mean? To me it seems unintuitive and odd and I don't think its a particularly strong name for marketing such a strong product...

How to remove default alternate row background colour?
I have been trying to achieve this by using an Item display rule with a condition which is always true and foreground and background set to white . However there still remain some background remnants of the alternate colour and this is not the best way to do it. How could the css be changed so that ...

I suspect the "Access is denied" error is spurious. The app functions ok.
