For those of you who have been laughing at/following my email woes, I've discovered the cause.
To recap:
• All mail to and from our Consultants gets BCC'd to a catchall account.
• This account gets pulled into CRM.
• CRM then sorts into Contacts using ToAddress and FromAddress
• But for some reason, sending from Consultants didn't pull in. Using Gmail as a test, I set up the Contact using a Gmail account and then a Consultant using a Gmail account. Both worked.
• Sent from the Consultants official accounts, but through the webmail. Worked.
• Went into mail program, set email to plain text from rich text. Worked
SO the problem is that rich text mails are not being detected by the CRM. Anyone know a way around this? I imagine someone must've encountered this, it can't just be me.
