Since there may be several rules attached to the same configuration element such rules are organised into rule collections. Rule collections can be **ordered** or **unordered**, which determines how rules are [[glossary:rule_evaluation|evaluated]] and their [[glossary:action|actions]] [[glossary:rule_execution_order|executed]].
