The rule language used in **//[[glossary:aware_im]]//** allows the [[glossary:configurator|configurator]] to define instructions on managing information in a [[glossary:business_space|business space]]. It is used to specify [[glossary:rule|rules]], [[glossary:query|queries]], [[glossary:tag|tags]], and other configuration elements. The rule language is simple and intuitive and, unlike traditional programming languages, it does not require special software development skills.
