===== Custom form =====

A custom form is an [[glossary:object_form|object form]] that the [[glossary:configurator|configurator]] can design to replace an [[glossary:auto_generated_form|auto-generated form]] that //**[[glossary:aware_im|AwareIM]]**// supplies by default for [[glossary:business_object|business objects]]. With custom forms the configurator has the freedom of choosing the layout, background, fonts, colors and other visual elements for displaying and editing of [[glossary:attribute|object attributes]].

The configurator can also design [[glossary:presentation|presentations]] for custom display, but not editing, of object attributes.
