===== Calculated attribute =====

A [[glossary:configurator|configurator]] may nominate an [[glossary:attribute|attribute]] as calculated, meaning that the attribute can be updated in the [[glossary:operation_mode|operation mode]] only by a [[glossary:rule|rule]], but not by users. For more flexible access control to attributes the configurator may use [[glossary:access_level|access levels]] and the ''[[a_f:a:protect|PROTECT]]'' [[glossary:action|action]].
