===== Business space documentation =====

On request of a [[glossary:configurator]] //**[[glossary:aware_im]]**// will generate a complete self-containing documentation of a [[glossary:business_space|business space]]. The documentation contains details of all [[glossary:business_object|business objects]], [[glossary:process|processes]], [[glossary:rule|rules]] and other configuration elements specified in the business space. The generated document can be stored electronically and used by anyone without access to //**Aware IM**//. It can be searched for information of interest, printed out, filed away, used for audit purposes, etc.

The document is generated for a given [[glossary:business_space_version|business space version]]. It is recommended to generate and keep documentation for each [[glossary:publish|published]] version. This will allow keeping track of the information and rules that were in effect at a given time in the past.
