  - Calendar events were not colored correctly
  - "Load on demand" flag for grouped queries didn't work for objects persisted externally
  - Multiple fixes to 'load on demand'
    - using with SQL Server had problems 
    - grouping on timestamp didn't work properly
    - dynamic grouping displayed wrong group header template
    - presentation and item rules could cause problems
  - grouped query implemented as stored procedures didn't work
  - display of the report first page was slightly wrong
  - Toolbar dialog on a Mac was messed up
