Manufacturing company - quote and production management system

I have been developing specialised software applications using various platforms of development for more than 15 years. One year ago I came across Aware IM and suddenly all my wishes came true in relation to my development needs. It almost seemed to good to be true at first inspection, so I challenged one of the leading developers of Aware IM to assist me in converting my work to date (which was developed with Filemaker) to the Aware IM platform. The process was incredibly smooth considering the complexity of the task but the "way of thinking" of Aware IM based on Object and Business Rules made it a lot less painful than anticipated.

Surprisingly we did not come across any shortcomings or lack of implementation on the part of Aware IM versus Filemaker. My confidence was growing with every day of new development and testing. Finally three months into the project we reached a point where the application that took me more than 8 years to develop in Filemaker was complete, fully functional and exceeded the previous implementation both in deployment capability, ease of access, interface design and features.

Currently LaserQuote - by Idronic is a mature and complete business management tool aimed at the profile cutting and sheet metal industries. LaserQuote is deployed as a standalone or as a hosted application and the feedback received by our customers exceeds all of our expectations.

My only regret is not knowing of the existence of Aware IM and its team years earlier. With the help of Aware IM we developed a world class product that as far as we know at the time of this release knows no comparison in feature set and implementation with any other software servicing the same industries.

We are obviously grateful to the assistance received from the Aware IM team and the quality of the Aware IM software development system. We are looking forward to the fascinating features that are no doubt going to be added in the future to a product that already knows no comparison for ease and speed of development.
