Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The application manages customer details and communication history. It automatically registers incoming e-mails, allows sending outgoing e-mails, keeps track of discussion threads, automatically creates alerts and sends reminder e-mails to staff members to review alerts. Try it online!

Ordering

The application manages customers, products and orders. Staff members can register products and customers, create and change orders for customers. Customers have a shopping cart-style interface where they always have a current order (cart) to which they can add products by selecting them from the product list (catalog). Try it online!

Lending Library

The application manages resources of a public library and allows library members to borrow and reserve library items. It keeps track of member activity, payments and communication history. Members can self-register and access the library application online to search library catalog, check or renew their loans and make reservations. Try it online!

Document Management

The application allows staff members of an organization to store, search and maintain electronic documents of various types. The application also supports different revisions of documents, which makes it suitable for use as a basic version control system.

Issue Resolution

The application allows staff members of an organization to register issues (problems, suggestions, etc) and track their progress until resolved. Staff members can maintain a list of related document files for an issue and subscribe to be notified by email when an issue is updated.
