1. When clicking on a new tab, then back to the original tab the tool bar is lost but the form is open
2. If the form saves, if you then hit close the form stays open but the toolbar disappears
3. Cancel button tooltip say ‘close the form’. If you hit the button it saves the form and then closes, you cannot cancel, nor can you
4. Print from button does not include any data except for references |

| forgot to mention: these are all with the 'Topbar' option and opening forms in a new tab. |

| found another item. If you use create object, then show the detail after save the toolbar is missing until the user clicks into an editable field. |

| I got some time today to do a little more testing. item 1 & 2 also happened is default output is selected, in which case the user can not leave the form without leaving the VP so this is crippling for users |

| Yes, and several of the other issues are addressed as well! Also, support informed me that #5 has an easy work around - set focus on a field. |
